2.00 – 4.00PM

Time to yourself in the Botanic Garden to take a Medicine Walk. Time to connect with the natural world and become aware, through your senses - what you see, hear, touch, smell and taste - of how nature can heal. There will be time to wander, time to write, time to share.

Size : 10 participants
